    Sarah Brennan

    Sarah Brennan is Founder & CEO of Wisconsin Based – Accelir Insights – a research & strategy firm focused on shaping technology solutions, nonprofits and corporations for the future of work.  Her clients range from concept phase to Fortune 10 in multiple verticals. She has been named a top global influencer in HR Technology, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources by more than 50 publications & been featured on national media such as Huffington Post, Fast Company, NBC News.

    Dr. Michael O’Neill

    Mike is Director of the Research, and Workplace Strategy departments for Haworth, Inc. Early, Mike worked at BOSTI, using analytics to link workspace design with employee performance. Later, he was a professor in the Interior Design, and IE departments, at UW-Madison. He has a BA in psychology, a Masters and a PhD in Architecture and Human Behavior. He has authored 50+ articles, two books on workplace research and is a co-author of a 2018 book, The Healthy Workplace Nudge.

    Kathy Henrich

    Kathy Henrich is a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Talent & Organization practice. She has over 15 years of executive leadership experience delivering results by developing organizational capability. In 2017, Kathy pursued her Master’s in talent development based on a need for talent re-skilling in the era of AI/automation. Kathy has spoken at over twenty events on the topic of the Future Workforce and led a Talent Pipeline initiative for a non-profit focused on AI as a means to economic competitiveness..

    Trish Uhl

    Trish Uhl, creator of the Learning Systems Engineering Framework™ and founder of the Talent & Learning Analytics Leadership Forum, works globally with learning leaders and business executives on transforming their organizations into Digital Workplaces and developing their people’s digital fluency and dexterity. Trish’s unique skillset combines data science, learning science, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), predictive modeling, ambient intelligence, voice UX, blockchain and emerging tech to promote positive people impact and deliver organizational performance.

    Meg Newhouse

    People are Meg’s passion. At Inspirant, she brings that passion to both internal Inspirant people and external client teams. She starts every project by finding the perfect Inspirant resource for the client’s specific needs, vision, and culture. Then, as the leader of Learning Solutions, she works with those resources and the client to ensure each step in the bespoke Learner Journey is effective, engaging, and relevant to each person. Outside of Inspirant, she enjoys family, traveling, and a hard workout.

    Manny Lara is a (15) year HR professional working in the Health care Industry for large sized health care organizations. Mainly working in the Milwaukee market, he’s also spent time as an HR Business Partner for the Mayo Clinic. He is currently the Director of HR for Milwaukee clinic operations group at Advocate Aurora Health. Manny was a Navy Officer deployed to the Pacific and Atlantic fleets. He attended Marquette University earning a Bachelor’s in Business and Masters in HR.

    Kirsten Bennett de Murgas

    Kirsten Bennett de Murgas, MHRLR, SHRM-SCP, is driven by a desire for visible progress and a belief that talent development, up-skilling, and culture strategies are the genesis of any competitive edge for a business. Leveraging her business experience, training in HR and Education, and her keen eye for process improvement, Kirsten uses a consultative style to support business leaders and to empower staff towards organizational growth. She also enjoys working with horses and travelling, where she uses her multilingual skills.
